A P&C AGM is held in the first month of the school year with regular committee meetings held every month (except during school holidays). All parents, carers and interested community members are invited to attend and have an opportunity to hear directly from the school principal and be actively involved with the school community.

We held our 2023 AGM on 14 February and documents from the AGM can be viewed below.. There was a great turnout and despite not filling all roles on the night, there was a lot of interest from parents in possibly nominating for a role at our next meeting. Funds were received as part of the Parent Engagement Grant awarded to the P&C to support the establishment of an engagement hub within the canteen space at the College. The engagement hub space and facilities will allow activities to be held that supports the College Community in its entirety - the students, parents and carers and staff.

A number of downloadable resources provided by our guest speaker Tracey Boomer from HEADSPACE at the P&C initiated Wellbeing Zoom Session held in April 2020 during COVID for parents and carers of students at Narrabundah College. Contact HEADSPACE for further information.
Engagement with stakeholders and College Design & Architecture Department for input into the College Modernisation project.
During the COVID school shutdown period an online zoom session was organised by the P&C with a counsellor from Headspace providing information for parents and carers on how best to support their students during these challenging times.
A lot of hard work and administration was undertaken by the P&C committee of 2019 to update and implement the P&C Constitution for compliance with the ACT P&C Council.
